'How Do I Manifest?'

Below is a simple guide to manifesting. There is far more to it of course, explored in programs such as The Secret of Deliberate Creation and Wealth Beyond Reason, but this will provide a brief outline. There are many more factors involved that are not mentioned here. How do I manifest?

1) Align your Thoughts and Feelings to your Goal

Once you clear on your goals and intentions you want to align your thoughts and feelings to them. You want your beliefs to support and be congruent with your goals. You also want to resolve any resistances, any fears and any feelings of undeserving you may have around your goal. Chances are, if you've had this goal for sometime and have still not created it, there may well be work that needs to be done here.

One way to find out what your limiting beliefs may be is to take a look at an area of your life that isn't working and to simply ask yourself the question ‘what must I believe for this to be the case?' Your reality is a direct reflection of your beliefs about yourself, others and the world. Tools like Affirmware Sculpture 3 and Subliminal Power are fantastic for busting free of limiting beliefs and aligning your mind to your goal.

2) Fire your Desire

Desire is an incredibly powerful tool for manifesting. It is a generating energy that will fuel your imagination and all those positive thoughts and feelings about your goal that will manifest them into your life. When you feel your desire for your goal you align your energies to it.

3) Visualize and Imagine

Your imagination is a gateway to the possible and a bridge to your unconscious mind. It is the boundless palate with which you craft your world and an integral key to manifesting your desires. Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. Put yourself fully in the picture of your realised goal. Imagine you have already achieved the success you desire. What would it look like if you had already achieved your goal? What might you be doing? Where might you be? What in your life might be different as a result of this goal and what would that look like?

When visualizing your desire, engage your imagination by activating all of your senses. Imagine not just the visual images, but the sounds, smells, textures and tastes of your dreams come true. Even more importantly, imagine the feelings of the outcome you seek as these hold the most powerful magnetic force for attracting your desires. How you feel about what you imagine will determine whether you will successfully attract it or not.

If you visualize your dream car yet are filled with feelings of frustration for not having it, or doubt about ever manifesting it, or jealousy at your friend for already having it, you will activate the law of attraction against you rather than for you and re-enforce the absence rather than existence of that car in your life. Your feelings are powerful indicators of what's going on internally and point to beliefs and attitudes that may need changing or aligning.

When you feel the feelings of your goal's outcome, you literally align your vibration to the essence of that goal, which is the key to accelerating its manifestation.

4) Act as if

As well as visualising your specific images, spend time in your day to day life thinking, feeling and acting as if you had already achieved your goal. What kinds of thoughts and feelings would that future you have, what kind of choices and decisions might they make. Use your imagination to think, feel and be from that future and this will draw it to you.

There's a quote from Mike Dooley, author of notes from the universe, that really sums this up for me:

“dwelling from, not upon, the space you want to inherit, is the fastest way to change absolutely everything.”

5) Create The Space/Get Prepared

For your dream to be able to land in your reality you need to create the space and get prepared. What needs to be done on a practical level for you to be ready for this reality. If you want your business to expand, what new resources, contacts and skills might you need. Take action as a mark of your expectation and commitment.

6) Take Inspired Action

When you start programming your reality in this way, you'll be amazed at how many synchronicities and opportunities begin to present themselves. It is important to act on these. Many of these serve as stepping stones to take you to your larger visions, dreams and goals and play an important part in the overall ‘bigger picture' of your manifesting process. Even seemingly unrelated incidences and encounters can end up having great significance further down the line so be open to new possibilities and act on what comes your way. The universe will use anything it can to bring you gifts and opportunities so make yourself available - get out there, be open and take action and watch how these opportunities and serendipities are seamlessly woven into a tapestry of dreams come true!

7) Love Yourself!

Love and value yourself. Accept yourself fully and recognise your inherent goodness, beauty and worth. You deserve all that your heart desires. The more you love and value yourself the more easy and effortless your success will be come and the less you will stand in the way of manifesting your desires, for in truth, it is only ever you that can stand in the way. The Universe/Source/God/Goddess/All that is, loves you more than you will ever know and wants to give you all you desire in your life.
