Conscious Creation You are creating your reality in every moment. You can't not create your reality. No one is doing it for you (unless you let them J ). When you awaken to the true nature of reality, you discover that life is a dream, very real though it seems. Life is a holographic illusion, a dream, an external expression of your consciousness. It is a 3d map of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, choices and decisions. You are the creator of your reality. The key is to become conscious of how you create reality so you can do it deliberately. This is conscious creation. Otherwise your unconscious mind and its distorted and unserving programs and beliefs will run it for you. Dr. Robert Anthony covers conscious reality creation in his legendary program, ‘The Secrets of Deliberate Creation'. To consciously create your world you need to first understand that it is not separate from you; that you are indeed the source of your reality. That means you and only you ultimately are responsible for your life. You have either created or allowed your experiences on some level. Some of those may be a function of beliefs you hold that do not serve you. Your reality is a reflection and extension of your consciousness. When you heal and change on the inside, your life will change on the outside. It has to. Don't chase rainbows outside or try and 'fix' or manipulate your world. Heal within. Find the gems of your true self and they wil fill your world magically and beautifully. People fear responsibility because they believe responsibility is about blame, but responsibility is not blame. Responsibility leads to freedom and empowerment. What you are responsible for your can change. It is not about right or wrong. It is about ownership of your reality. When you take responsibilty for your life, do it with compassion and forgive yourself for all dark behaviours and beliefs which are just that - beliefs - not your true self. Conscious creation also involves becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes and choices. Become more intimate with your heart and mind This means being honest with your self, with your intentions dark and light, but to do so with utmost compassion and always to forgive yourself for negative beliefs, patterns and agendas. You are not your failings, your darkness or your mistakes. That is all misperception. You are a being of love. That is your source. You are born of love, ever returning to love. What you focus on grows. Where do you put your attention? The more familiar you become with your thought processes the more you will be able to direct them consciously. The law of attraction means that what the thought and feeling frequencies you are resonating are ….
